Distance Tutoring
For offsite tutoring, we do charge a “distance tutoring” fee to account for gas and time needed to travel to your location. The distance is calculated from our office in Mira Mesa to your location (according to Googlemaps). For every 5 miles, we charge $5. For example, a place 12 miles away from our offices will cost $15 per session in distance fees.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel a scheduled tutoring sesion, please give us at least a 24-hour notice so we can notify our tutors. Any cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time will be charged with the entire cost of the session.
Billing/Payment
An invoice will be sent via Paypal on the last day of every month to the email address listed on the client contact form. Payments are due by the 10th of the next month.
If there are any discrepancies in the invoices, please contact us immediately, either by email or by phone.
